The pan Asian menu at Offtrack celebrates the colourful diversity of South East Asia, while infusing its flavours and ingredients with a modern contemporary twist. Experienced in ways that surprise the palette, familiar flavours to those from this part of the world form the central theme to the dishes on offer.

Drawing heavily from the history of classic cocktails, the latest iteration of Offtrack’s cocktail menu has evolved into an equal split of classic and contemporary-style cocktails. Anchored by a well-curated and comprehensive selection of craft spirits, natural wines and seasonal beers, the menu also offers an inclusive non-alcoholic selection of mocktails and non-alcoholic beers.

Music is often an afterthought in many establishments, and Offtrack aspires to provide a comfortable and intimate listening experience with a carefully assembled sound system and an acoustically treated space.

Our music curation takes guests on a journey of discovery, weaving in hidden gems, old and new, from Singapore and the wider region that they may otherwise never have heard, some of which adorn our walls as part of our vinyl display. We champion the contemporary sounds coming out of this region and beyond to complement our culinary offering.
